Photo Story:

This image captures a green bush viper resting naturally among the leaves, perfectly framed by the same environment that protects and conceals it. I was drawn to the way the leaf created a natural window, highlighting the snake’s texture, color, and calm presence. Many people see vipers only through fear, but moments like this reveal their precision and beauty. My goal with this photograph was to shift perspective, from threat to artistry, and show how perfectly adapted and visually striking these misunderstood reptiles truly are.

How long has Kyle Ray loved photography:

I have been interested in photography for a while as I have worked in the bush for a long time. But over the last 2years I have going into macro photography.

How they discovered their passion for photography:

I have been interested in photography for a while. But about 2 year ago got inspired when I took a om ambassador on a snake safari and his photography inspired me.
