Title: The Quiet Journey of Healing

Sometimes healing begins with a simple decision: to redirect our thoughts towards God when memories become overwhelming.

These pages represent more than words written in a notebook. They reflect a journey of learning to forgive, release bitterness, embrace peace and allow God to renew the mind.

Isaiah 26:3 reminds me that God keeps in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast because they trust in Him.

Healing doesn't always happen overnight. Sometimes it happens quietly, through prayer, reflection and the daily choice to trust God again.

This is a reminder that even in the middle of life's difficult chapters, peace is still possible.
How long has Debby Sai loved photography:
I've loved photography since I was a child. I've always enjoyed capturing moments and finding beauty in the little things around me. It's something I've naturally been drawn to for as long as I can remember.
How they discovered their passion for photography:
My passion for photography grew stronger in 2025 when I joined the media department at the church I go to. Being part of media gave me an opportunity to explore creativity, observe moments differently and understand how powerful a single image can be in telling a story. It helped me turn a childhood interest into something I genuinely want to grow in.
